"I don't care." Self-care.

"I don't care." That's exactly what you sound like, or what your body feels when you don't practice self-care. Many people have different interpretations of what self-care means. Some hear "self-care" and think it's about being selfish, never giving time to anyone else. Others imagine self-care as manicures, pedicures, looking pretty, or keeping fit. While these are aspects of self-care, there's so much more to it.

Self-care is the ability to continue in this #world at an optimal level. On my journey, I've learned that self-care is about staying connected to what rejuvenates us. Think about it: if you walk into a garden or forest and don't know the plants, trees, or benefits of the grass and #soil, you're not ready to fully #connect with the earth.

As a mother is connected to her child via the umbilical cord, we need to be connected to the earth to grow. Without this connection, we remain distant, afraid, and unable to ascend. Self-care is about staying connected to what #rejuvenates you. The earth rejuvenates all of us, providing vital #nutrients and energy.

Whether it's the sun shining down, producing 3vitamin D for our #bodies, or the cool #sensations of grass underfoot, nature plays a crucial role in our well-being. #Walking barefoot sensitizes our feet to different #textures, massaging them and helping us walk carefully without falling as we age. Self-care prepares our bodies to grow and stay connected to the #earth.

Regularly #walking barefoot helps us receive the unseen #messages and 3vibrations from the #earth, inspiring insight and wisdom. I love to feel the trees' energy, which keeps me sensitive to the world's emotions. By placing your palm on a tree and breathing in its quiet space, you can experience a reawakening magic.

#Selfcare also means getting outside, feeling the synergy of the sun, air, and earth. If we fear connecting with the earth, we'll wither away. Society often feels disconnected, especially in cities with concrete buildings that bounce our frustrations back at us, causing anger and traffic stress. In the woods, the living environment recycles our energy into something beneficial, rejuvenating us.

Even with busy lives, we can stay connected by having a few plants around the house. Spider plants are great for cleaning indoor air, and bringing the outdoors in any way you can is always beneficial. Learning about our environment helps us understand the man-earth combination and become fearless.

Surround yourself with 3people who enjoy nature and fresh air. I love the stars and the #wisdom they provide. Studying astrology enhances my everyday life, revealing hidden secrets about our coexistence. The #stars give us messages, and understanding astrological energy can guide us.

Remember, self-care is not selfish. It rejuvenates you so you can give your best to others. No one wants your less; they want your best. Go out, feel the earth, meditate, and sustain yourself with what nurtures you. This way, you can give your best to those who need you.
