Is Depression stagnation ?

Greetings, greetings, greetings! I'm Queen B. Divine, and welcome to Cure Conversations:

Conversation Change. Here, I delve into my journeys and share insights to help you cultivate a better mindset and live your best life. Trust me, I haven't always lived my best life, but today, let's talk about how to plant good seeds in your subconscious for a bountiful harvest—a reality that reflects your best life.

Change doesn't happen overnight, but it is possible. Today, we'll explore the connection between depression, stagnation, and how they can erode your passion for life. Plus, we'll dive into some moon insights, touching on Scorpio, Sagittarius, and maybe even a bit of Capricorn, because everything in the cosmos is interconnected.

Depression and stagnation often coexist, especially during the eclipse season, which can stir up a rollercoaster of emotions. It's okay to feel unsure or question your actions. In fact, it's healthy to critique your current state and seek ways to improve. This introspection propels us forward, like a wave pushing fresh waters and ideas into our lives, making us healthier individuals.

Depression has been a lifelong companion for me, but over the past decade, I've learned to manage it. I've realized that staying stagnant only feeds depression. Nature has taught me valuable lessons, especially through water. Just like my dog, who had an instinctual aversion to stagnant water, I've learned to gravitate towards freshness in life.

Water, when stagnant, breeds nothing but stillness. Yet, when it flows, life blossoms around it. It's a reminder that to avoid stagnation, we must embrace change and flow like water. So, let's break free from the grip of depression and stagnation, and embark on a journey of growth and renewal. Remember, change begins within, and it starts with you.
